IMPORTING ESSENTIAL FILES


Today's tip will help you to restore the import (restore) Excel file to Outlook contacts. By default Outlook is integrated into Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007 and Microsoft Exchange Server. Outlook enables you to filter and organise mail messages, integrate and manage e-mail from multiple e-mail accounts, personal and group calendars, contacts, folders, and tasks.
Follow the given steps to restore a back-up of Outlook contacts · First click on Start button, go to Program then click on Outlook to run the outlook application.


Now go to File menu and click on Import and Ex port option. · Select Import from an other file program of file then click Next. Select Mi crosoft Excel and click Next.

Choose the Excel file by clicking on Browse and select the file where you want to import the con tacts from. You have an option where to Replace, Allow or do not import duplicate contact.

Select the contact folder where you want import ed contact to be stored.
This folder typically is Contacts. Then click Next. Click Finish to start the importing procedure.

Time of this procedure depends on contacts size).
